EN: Tracksuits are trending, much to the fact of so many of us still working from home and a tracksuit is in fact a practical and comfortable option, while it can still be stylish. So I decided to sew my own, why not? I used two black knits playing with their different textures: one is embossed/quilted and the other is plain ponte knit (both stable with some stretch and medium weight). Here's the tracksuit top (front view):

PT: Os fatos-de-treino nunca estiveram tanto na moda, devido ao facto de muitos de nós ainda estarmos a trabalhar de casa; este tipo de roupa é confortável e prática, e não deixa necessariamente de ser estilosa, pelo que decidi confecionar o meu próprio fato-de-treino, porque não? Usei dois tipos de malha estável (peso médio, com alguma elasticidade), jogando com as diferenets texturas: uma tem relevos acolchoados e a outra é malha ponte roma lisa. Podem ver abaixo o top do fato-de-treino (vista frontal):
EN: The pattern used for the top is Le001 by DP Studio (you can find the print version here and the PDF version here); it's a sporty sweatshirt with hood option and very long batwing sleeves with a very original shape. On the front there's an inner kangaroo pocket. I totally agree with the description that says it's as a relaxed yet highly creative garment. I cut DP Studio size 40 without alterations. ---
PT: O molde que usei para a parte de cima foi o Le001 de DP Studio (podem encontrar a versão impressa aqui e a versão PDF aqui); é um camisolão desportivo e descontraído, tem capucho opcional e mangas morcego muito compridas com um design muito inovador. Na frente tem um bolso canguru. Concordo totalmente com a descrição que descreve esta peça como descontraída, no entanto altamente criativa. Cortei o tamanho DP Studio 40 sem alterações.

PT: O capucho tem um bordo de ajuste terminado por ilhóses, por onde passa um cordão (o cordão foi aproveitado de uma peça antiga):
EN: I am really happy with how the sweater turned out. I am fond of the extra-long sleeves on this model and also love the hood. The hood looks great in this knit which has a certain body; I'm not sure if I would like it as much if made with a softer knit though.
Let's move on to the pants; I have made this model before as a dressier version (read my review here) and then I thought I had found a small mistake in the pattern markings; as I tackled this pattern a second time, I see it was my bad and not the pattern's; I give it a full thumbs up and I really love it made into tracksuit pants:

PT: Fiquei muito contente com o resultado desta sweat. Gosto das mangas super-compridas e também do capucho, em relação ao qual tenho a dizer que na minha opinião fica melhor feito com um tecido ou malha com algum corpo (como esta malha que usei), pois mantém uma estrutura mais bonita.
Vamos agora passar às calças; já tinha feito este modelo antes numa versdão mais formal (podem ler a resenha
aqui) e na altura achei que o molde tinha um pequeno erro; ora à segunda vez que cosi este modelo apercebi-me que o erro afinal foi meu e o molde não tem qualquer erro. Gostei bastante desta versão mais desportiva com jogo de texturas:
EN: It's another DP Studio pattern, Le3003, from their "easy" line DP's (find the printed version here and the PDF version here). The pants have a partially elasticized waist and front shifted side seams with inserted hip pockets; the inner pocket bags are all-in-one with the pants' back panels. There's also the option of partially elasticized leg hems. Once again I cut DP Studio's size 40; the only alteration was shortening the length to add ribbed cuffs. ---
PT: É outro molde DP Studio, desta vez da sua linha "Fácil" DP's (podem comprar o molde impresso
aqui e a versão PDF
aqui). As calças têm uma cintura com elástico parcial e costuras laterais movidas para a frente, com dois bolsos metidos na anca (os sacos interiores dos bolsos fazem parte dos paineis das costas das calças). Cortei o tamanho 40 como sempre, mas encurtei um pouco na bainha para aplicar os punhos de borda de malha.
