EN: The Léa blouse is a DP Studio pattern first issued as a So Chic Box exclusive sewing kit (the pattern was included together with the fabric and notions needed to sew the blouse) but now the standalone pattern is available for purchasing in both printed and digital versions on DP Studio's website. My previous versions were all So Chic Boxes but of course I saved the pattern for further use. The respective sewing reviews were published here, here and here.
The pattern description reads: "This ultra feminine blouse has an asymmetric volume with a fuller and longer left side. It slips over the head thanks to a neckline opening along the front slanted seam. The collar is tied on the left by a strip of fabric, the top of the sleeves are slightly puffed and the sleeves close at the cuff by a button. Use fluid and vaporous fabrics to make this blouse to fully assert its femininity."

PT: A blusa Léa é um molde DP Studio que saiu inicialmente como um exclusivo So Chic Box (era vendido num kit que incluía o molde, tecido e todos os materiais para fazer a blusa), mas que agora já está disponível no site DP Studio apenas a compra do molde, tanto em formato impresso como digital. As minhas primeiras versões desta blusa foram todas confecionadas com os respetivos kits So Chic Box, mas como é óbvio fiquei com o molde para utilizar no futuro. Pode ler-se na descrição do molde (tradução livre): "Esta blusa ultra feminina é composta por um volume assimétrico, com um lado esquerdo mais comprido e amplo. Enfia-se pela cabeça através de uma abertura ao longo da costura da frente, que é inclinada. A gola é atada à esquerda com tiras de tecido, e as mangas são ligeiramente tufadas no topo e fecham com um punho com botão. Aconselha-se tecidos fluídos e vaporosos para acentuar ao máximo a feminilidade deste modelo."
EN: I cut size 40 for this version of the Léa blouse (my last version, the tropical fish print Léa was also size 40 and having worn it recently I could be sure that if fits me perfectly). The fabric is a lovely pale pink blend (80%viscose, 20% cotton) that I've purchased from the fabric selection offered by DP Studio during their last sale event (it is now sold out). As with any slinky/fluid fabrics, extra care should be invested into cutting to avoid fabric distortion. I used paper tablecloth (the kind bought in rolls) and used it as a base to lay the fabric on, having it perfectly straightened and aligned. Then I pinned the paper pattern on top through the fabric and paper tablecloth together. The rougher paper surface prevents the fabric from sliding off place while cutting through all layers. ---
PT: Cortei esta versão no tamanho 40 (a minha última versão, a
Léa estampada com peixinhos tropicais, também foi cortada no tamanho 40 e tendo-a vestido há pouco tempo posso ter a certeza que o tamanho me assenta bem). O tecido desta vez é uma mistura de viscose e algodão (80% viscose 20% algodão) num tom rosa salmão, comprada na secção de tecidos DP Studio durante os últimos saldos (entretanto este tecido já se encontra esgotado). Como com todos os tecidos fluidos e escorregadios, é preciso redobrar cuidados ao cortar; a melhor forma é usar uma base de papel para estender o tecido perfeitamente alinhado (eu costumo comprar rolos de papel "toalha de mesa" para o efeito). Como o papel é rugoso, o tecido não sai do lugar. O molde é alfinetado ao tecido e papel juntamente e depois todas as camadas são cortadas em conjunto.

EN: During DP Studio's big sale event I purchased two more fabrics in the same color theme: a salmon pink plain cotton fabric that I'll use to make a pair of pants and some pastel tones jacquard cotton/polyamide fabric to make a jacket. I will probably tackle the pants next so stay tuned!

PT: Durante os saldos DP Studio ainda comprei mais dois tecidos dentro do mesmo esquema de cores: uma sarja de algodão rosa-salmão que usarei para fazer um par de calças e um tecido jacquard em tons pastel (algodão e poliamida) para fazer uma jaqueta. Provavelmente irei coser as calças já em seguida, por isso mantenham-se atentos!
