EN: The pattern used came from the same Burda International magazine 1/91 (model 905 size 40). It's a very simple model with no other details than waist darts, a straight waistband and a side-zipper.

PT: O molde que usei veio da mesma revista Burda Internacional 1/91 (modelo 905 no tamanho 40). É um molde muito simples e os único detalhes são as pinças da cintura, cós direito e fecho lateral.

PT: Pespontei as costuras laterais abertas (não quis arriscar assentar a ferro e estragar o tecido):
EN: You guys must be wondering about the zipper on the left side; the original features a lapped regular zipper but I only had a shorter invisible zipper available so I used it instead. Since it was shorter than necessary, I didn't apply the invisible zipper all the way up through the waistband; instead I cut a slightly longer waistband piece so I could account for an overlap and use pant's hook&eyes to close the waistband. With the invisible zipper I could also topstitch the side seam open as I intended.

PT: Já devem estar curiosos para ver como ficou o fecho no lado esquerdo; os calções originais têm um fecho normal encoberto de um dos lados que se aplica até ao topo do cós. No meu caso só tinha disponível um fecho invisível e um pouco mais curto que o recomendado. Então cosi o fecho invisível até à costura do cós e cortei este um pouco mais comprido para poder fazer um trespasse com colchetes próprios para calças. Desta forma consegui também manter o acabamento na costura lateral com os pespontos.
