EN: After finishing the side-front slanted pockets, the front-fly zipper and the back single-welt pocket, the next steps are stitching the back crotch, then the outer leg seams joining front and back (I also pressed the seam allowances to the back and top-stitched this seam) and lastly the inner leg seams as a single pass from leg to leg. With the pants stitched together and all seams pressed, I proceeded to sewing the waistband. First I fold it in half lengthwise and pressed it closed; then I finished the inner edge with hong kong binding using bias cut strips of lining:

PT: Depois de terminar os bolsos metidos na anca, a braguilha e o bolso com pestana na parte de trás direita, procedi com a montagem das calças: cosi a costura do gancho unindo as duas partes de trás, as costuras laterais (depois de fechar a costura assentei as margens para as costas e pespontei pelo direito) e por fim as costuras de entre-pernas num único passo de perna a perna. Com as calças montadas e as costuras bem assentes a ferro pude passar à confeção do cós. Primeiro dobrei a peça do cós ao meio no sentido do comprimento e assentei a ferro; depois fiz o acabamento da orla interior com fita de forro cortada em viés (acabamento hong kong):
EN: Following the pattern instructions, before attaching the waistband to the pants I embroidered a buttonhole on the inner side of the overlap (right front as worn). This buttonhole won't be visible from the outside and will hide the button closure when the waistband is finished. Then I stitched the waistband to the pants and finished the corners with the burrito technique (Thechnique described in one of the files available for free download on the pattern's page; Sara Alm's "Zippers & Waistbands" class on Craftsy explains this really well in lesson 7 too).

PT: Seguindo as instruções no molde, bordei um olhal na parte interna do cós (extensão no lado direito) antes de pregar o cós nas calças. Este olhal não se vê do direito e esconde o botão que fecha as calças. Depois cosi o cós às calças, fazendo o acabamento dos cantos pelo método do "burrito" (a técnica vem explicada num dos ficheiros disponíveis para download gratuito na página do molde; a classe "Zippers & Waistbands" da Sara Alm na plataforma Craftsy também explica muito bem como se faz, na lição 7).

EN: Finally, leaving the back single-welt pocket without a button was bothering me; I went back to the notions store and bought an extra button. Since I couldn't sew the buttonhole without opening the pocket bags, I unpicked a little section of the upper seam and inserted a self-fabric bias tube, creating a loop closure for the pocket:

PT: O facto do bolso de uma pestana atrás não ter botão estava a incomodar-me, por isso voltei à retrosaria onde comprei os botões e arranjei mais um. Não podia bordar a casa de botão sem desmanchar o saco do bolso, por isso optei por fazer uma azelha de tubo de viés, descoser uma pequena secção da costura e prendê-la ali para poder fechar o bolso:
